1. Use fresh water, as pure as possible (spring water or bottled mineral water)
 2. Pour hot water in teapot and cup to warm. But it may be skipped in summer.
 3. Put 2g of Jakseol tea per person into the teapot.
 4. Let the boiling water cool to about 70-80กษ (158-176F) and pour into the tea  pot.
 5. After 2-3 minutes, pour Jakseol tea into each cup three times to make the density of
     each cup even. It can be brewed up to three times after pouring out water completely.
